By accessing or using RCTX services, websites, tools, directory systems, or platforms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

RCTX provides digital services including:

• Website design and development
• Monthly website plans
• Website hosting and support
• SEO setup and optimisation
• Business directory services
• Website analysis and checker tools
• Local business digital services

Website plans currently start from £30 per month with a £50 upfront setup fee unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

Setup payments are normally required before project work begins.

Monthly billing generally begins one month after a website goes live unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to maintain payments may result in restricted access, suspension, or removal of related services.

RCTX reserves the right to update pricing, plans, or service structures at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may request cancellation of recurring services at any time.

Completed work, setup fees, custom development work, or previously paid services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation of hosting or monthly plans may result in website suspension, service removal, or permanent deletion after reasonable notice periods where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and users are responsible for ensuring submitted information, content, branding, images, and materials:

• Are lawful and accurate
• Do not infringe third-party rights
• Do not contain malicious or harmful content
• Do not violate intellectual property laws
• Do not contain misleading or fraudulent information

Clients remain responsible for obtaining rights or permissions for any content supplied to RCTX.

User Accounts & Directory Listings

Users may create accounts to manage business listings and related features within the RCTX directory platform.

By creating an account or submitting directory content, users agree that:

• Submitted information must remain accurate and lawful
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Users must not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, misleading, or copyrighted content without permission
• Public directory information may be visible to website visitors and search engines
• RCTX may review, moderate, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings, accounts, images, or content where necessary
• RCTX is not responsible for user-submitted content

Fake listings, spam activity, automated misuse, scraping, abuse, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt platform functionality may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Directory Service

The RCTX directory is provided as a free platform for local business visibility and discovery.

RCTX does not guarantee:

• Business enquiries
• Lead generation
• Search engine rankings
• Traffic levels
• Customer conversions
• Listing approval

RCTX reserves the right to remove, reject, edit, verify, or moderate listings at its discretion.

Website Checker & Free Tools

RCTX may provide free website analysis, audit, or checker tools.

These tools are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered technical, legal, business, or SEO guarantees.

Results may vary and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Hosting & Downtime

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform uptime, performance, and security.

However, uninterrupted access, availability, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, hosting infrastructure issues, attacks, updates, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Search Rankings & SEO

RCTX does not guarantee specific Google rankings, search visibility, traffic volumes, leads, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

SEO and marketing performance may vary depending on competition, algorithms, industries, market conditions, and external factors.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Custom systems, code, tools, platform features, graphics, branding elements, and website structures created by RCTX remain intellectual property of RCTX
• Clients retain ownership of their submitted business content and branding materials
• Users must not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform systems without permission

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Attempt to hack, exploit, damage, overload, or disrupt systems
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Create fake listings or misleading accounts
• Use automated scraping or spam systems
• Impersonate individuals or businesses
• Use services for illegal or abusive purposes

RCTX reserves the right to restrict or permanently block access where misuse is detected.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCTX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, financial, business, data-related, reputational, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of the website or platform
• Directory listings
• Website downtime
• Third-party services
• Loss of data
• SEO or marketing performance
• User-generated content
• Technical issues or service interruptions

External Services & Third Parties

RCTX may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics services, APIs, or communication platforms.

Availability and functionality may partly depend on these external providers.

Changes To Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform or services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
