While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and performance, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
RCTX does not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, leads, or business outcomes.
Website code, graphics, and systems created by RCTX may remain intellectual property of RCTX unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RCTX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, business, financial, or consequential losses arising from use of services or websites.
